Valuation is not THAT high if you compare notes. Stark team left a lot of people hanging with the snapshot date (could have done a minimum average across time to weed sybils) but other than did and are doing a great job.

Airdrop was tailored to devs, they just made a whole lot of new friends to develope more dapps and increase TVL.
I'm also counting on the ZKtech which (last time I checked) ARB and OP don't utalize so by the time the dust settles marketcapwise it should become bigger.

Nah, ARB and OP have a fruitful ecosystem. Starknet has nothing special and the TVL is much lower than competitors.
