1 name everywhere is great in concept but not acceptable for several reasons. For instance, loss of access to your name can happen with ENS. Forgetting to pay for your subscription, loss of access to the wallet that holds your connection to the name, one takeover and multiple risk factors for accounts, etc. There is also the aspect of brand naming that is lost. Imagine JP Morgan Chase using ENS names and losing first level branding. Sure, it could look like a subdomain. But Chase will want its name to be primary. And to secure inside its security environment.

Interesting. Again, a misunderstanding or purposefully misleading article. Trump is probably the most understood/misunderstood “politician” in history. Those that get him, appreciate him. Those that don’t, fear him. A friend who is also the son of The Alcalde, look up the film reference, told me in 2017 that Trump hated Mexicans because of the coyote raping comment. He misunderstood that Trump did not hate Mexican people. He hated those that took advantage of them. Manipulation of Trumpisms is a sport.

Warpcast DC, X DM’s, instagram messages. They all suck. Nobody answers them. Why. Are we all one way soldiers. We cast, you listen? Even website contact us forms. Why bother? Dialogue occurs between 2 people but we are all so focused on mass push that we don’t want direct contact. Makes us vulnerable to time sucking one on ones.

I like that there is dissent in the SEC over what a security is and what is not for tokens. Back in 2018, we launched into the security token market thinking that was the best way to stay compliant. But with virtually no liquidity, that was a bad move, regardless of the hype at the time. Innovation should be supported by a leading county like the USA but there also seems to be a naivety here. If not a security, then most likely it is a taxable event to Flyfish. Did they file taxes as income or are they a tax exempt entity? If you are pre-selling seats, seems taxable. If you are selling ownership, investment? All I want is clarity.
