Of course! I got a personal 12 week training plan through a local Run Athletic program. Happy to share it with you. Tuesdays and Thursdays (or MW) are interval and tempo runs. Saturday mornings are long runs. Strength training 2-3x/week. I don't really have a time goal, but 2.5 hours would be nice
