First time dad. Was exercising 5-6x/week before baby arrived. First few days have been awesome and hectic. Any tips about transitioning back to workout routine or adjusting to new reality?

Congrats man! For me it was non negotiable. I didn’t take any time off and I’m glad i did so. Time w newborn can be long and tiring, knowing that I had an hour to myself made it go by easier. I also transitioned to early morning. Now our daughter is 2 and I’m doing 5a wakeups to lift. Feels great!
