Failure porn is a thing. I don’t necessarily agree with glorifying it in some contexts. But in the right context, it is spot on, I think. Michael Jordan: “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”

Reminds me of how Federer said in his 2024 Dartmouth Commencement speech: "I won almost 80% of singles matches... But I only won 54% of points. Even top ranked tennis players win barely more than half the points they play."
