Idk who needs to hear this but your gut is the left side of the midwit curve, data driven decisions the right side and your brain is right in the middle. Make decisions accordingly. Disclaimer: i literally just made this up and it sounded like a banger in my head.

my experience building at the early stage has that graph flipped around. the desire to have more data to make data-driven decisions often leads to decision paralysis. At a bigger company, data is used to influence teams/drive decisions, and this makes sense.
