Been taking cold showers daily this week in 40-50 deg F due to broken water heater. Afterwards I feel awake and alert (similar to after exercising), feels like circulation is better, and mood is improved. Rapid breathing on day 1, but by day 5, I could stand under the water for 10+ min with no problems. I recommend!
