Theory: You only get follow Notifications for those labeled as Not Spammy/Level 2. Only about 10% of active users have this label. Anyone strongly disagree?

Not sure I like labels why are we doubling down on things that have hurt users in the past

They always been there but at least now they are public. Power badges became spam labels. Iād rather have them public.
