A word so therapeutic,soothing which lightened my mood and brightened up my day.
I was down casted and having this feeling of doubts about certain things of life.
This client walked up to me troubled and with a sad face obviously written all over her.
I quickly snapped out from mine and payed attention to her.
Allowed her pour out her heart while I listened. My kind words gave her hope and a reason to smile and she said something that spark a light in me.
