Sadness allows you to process, reflect and grow from experiences. Accepting our emotions is one way of developing emotional intelligence and self awareness. It also helps us learn valuable lessons from our mistakes and setbacks. Happy or sad, they are both natural emotions but do not dwell on the sadness for too long and miss out on life
