right now it's obviously a tool of *inclusion* preventing bots controlled by a few people from influencing financial outcomes

but it *will* become a tool of exclusion at some point, and apps that figure out how to engage positive-sum low-reputation users will gain an edge

Sure, we had many solution for onchain identity, like NFTs as onchain footsprints etc. not a satisfactory one yet. 
With the growth of Farcaster, openrank scores here could be a credible way to make onchain identity work.
