21-day systematic meditation -Day21: I am there, I am that, find a good meditation posture, adjust my breathing and be quiet. Today, I practice with such a mentality: as long as I sit here and feel quietly, I am already meditating, and I can already enjoy the benefits of meditation. I don't have to practice any skills, but if I feel restless and bored after sitting for a while, I can start to concentrate on breathing or use any other skills. I am this body, I am this psychology, I just perceive everything and become the object of concentration at the moment, I am that attention, I am that.
