vm.box sold for 10 ETH or about $32,000 USD, marking the largest onchain sale of a Web2 domain to date. All .box domains are Web2 domains that also function as ENS names. Given the advantages of easier and faster sales, I expect to see more Web2 domains being brought onchain.
