I was talking about "behavioral loops" that trap us in situations or habits that are unhealthy but that we keep repeating almost automatically, as if we were stuck in a trance. Social media dumb scroll, toxic environment... this kind of stuff

Yeah, pretty much but from your perspective or mine. Not everyone enjoys having to think about their next move, which is something I understand and even respect. Life is usually more comfortable when Google Calendar lays out the steps for you. Less fun and exciting, of course. But not everyone needs or even wants that.
