Warpcast vs X algorithm, a small account's perspective:

Warpcast: Consistent 10 likes.
X: Usually 1 like, a few get 100 likes. Nothing in the middle.

One of these feels like it's optimizing for being a casino.

Yeah idk if it’s more due to algorithm or community, because people who abandon the main social platforms (eg us, or blue sky users, mastodon maybe) seem to have a stronger shared bond (?)

Agreed; perhaps some of this effect is due to the more PvP nature of X.
