Want me to find you an example of a source you consider unbiased based on the same historical fact? Happy to do so if you insist on doubting the veracity of the underlying basis of the one I used Do you think they made it up?

The article is implying if I specifically search out for a black person to employ and pay them less it is ethical, but if I employ anyone and pay them more (min wage) it is unethical. Doesn’t America have laws against discriminating potential employees on the basis of race/skin color?
