Giving tips to those who answer when did you join Farcaster and why?

I joined Farcaster immediately after it went permissionless.  I had messaged dwr on X and tried to use @bankless to get in before that but as I had less than 50 followers don’t think I was much of a draw.  I joined because I am extremely interested in new trends in tech and blockchain.  Specifically RWA.

Did you find any interesting topic about RWA here?

I haven't found what I am looking for related to RWA yet.  I'm looking for how this technology will alter the real estate and property management landscape with tools that will make life easier and put deeds and leases onchain. Alex has a nice /rwa channel here.   Many projects out there and I'm still learning.
