8 days without smoking! I’m feeling a bit anxious, kinda sleepy, getting light headaches, and a weird feeling like I’m missing something
Instead I’m breathing smoother, my heart rate is dropped by 10-11 on average, and the best part? Everything tastes way better now haha!

My wife threw me a surprise today to celebrate one month without smoking🚬

With all the love and support I’ve gotten from her, how could I ever go back to smoking?
