I read people who didn't hold any degen because they had it all locked in the vault didn't get the $VVV airdrop. Do you think it could be possible that they (degen team) can claim and distribute $VVV among those who have locked $DEGEN ?

Did the contract wallet get allocated $VVV? If so that would be a relatively easy thing to do, I would think. They know when the snapshot was taken, so they could probably run a query to see who had degen locked and in what amounts at that time.
