i feel like i’m very good at remembering / sticking to lifting and climbing, and very bad at doing so with running. i want to get more into running (or some other cardio i suppose?)… any suggestions for building the habit?

Start small, stay consistent 2-3x a week, 10-15 min runs. Build from there. No pressure, just movement.
