Like, from an "AI safety" perspective, scaling current techniques to even bigger compute -> earlier superintelligence -> more risk.

And from an "AI openness" perspective, it increases the divide between megacorps and plebs.

Concentration of power. But maybe he is making institutions/govt wake up to the need for more ai infra. 

Maybe $7T is the amount needed to be invested in the sector over the next year.

But maybe I am wrong and Sama has an ego to fill
