Hey @toadyhawk.eth - last year we did a great job guiding based builders towards participating in @optimism retro funding opportunities.

Maybe this year we help based builders grow their presence in @optimism governance?

@basedandyellow could be a great delegate there as well. A few members have received OP grants, they might be inclined to delegate OP.
