Threads' fediverse integration has very low uptake, the mastodon.social server (which has a quarter of total mau in the entire activitypub world) has connected with 15k federated threads accounts

Anyone know if Threads is exposing user's follow graphs to other fediverse servers? i.e. 

1. Can I export my Threads account to another domain I control and maintain the graph?

2. Can I permissionlessly index the social graphs of Threads users that are opted-in to the fediverse?

Would be really surprised if yes.

Have been skeptical on how they would federate for a while. Meta knows the value of the Instagram social graph.
