I have been working out for a month now, and here is what I noticed. I stop feeling depressed. Have more time to focus on things that matter. Eat healthy.I'm happier, and I think positively. Started seeing more winning trades. I met a girl too. Today I jogged for an hour; I feel fulfilled.
