I'm almost 43, mindset is everything so I do a lot of self hypnosis using AI. Otherwise, speed walking daily for 40 min first thing and lifting 4-5 times a week for 45min max at optimal time so I'm still motivated and not too tired works great. If I try working out after 6pm I have zero motivation and always bail lol
