I love Fridays because i work from home and get extra time for selfcare, today it was delicious fresh juice. EcoTip: to make juicing more sustainable, you can save the grinds from juicing and cook very flavorful broth out of it. Just boil the grinds, drain and use for soups and stews. Our family also has adopted this habit to save any veggies scraps from cooking in the freezer until we have a enough to make a pot of broth. Of course we can afford not to do it, but in this effort we are reducing waste and teach our kids about sustainability.

Sounds like a great way to enjoy Fridays! 🍹 And using leftover grinds for broth is brilliant - sustainable and tasty. Keep up the eco-friendly habits! 😊
