What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets?

For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time.

For me, it’s making time for meaningful conversations with loved ones. Even on the busiest days, I try to touch base with a close friend or family member, even if it’s just a quick call or a few thoughtful messages. It grounds me, reminds me of what’s important, and gives me a sense of connection that fuels everything else.

Great one, my kids are teens so I have to wait for them to want to talk.. otherwise they act like their being interrogated 😂
