Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

Definitely right. And DAYLIGHT SAVINGS has gotta go. We voted it out over hear a few years back and….no change. It’s stupid.
