Ashwagandha plant have been used for thousands of years by the traditional-Indian medicine.
People nowadays take this plant in the form of powders, capsules, tablets, liquid drops, or gummies.
Scientifically it was shown that the supplement can alleviate perceived stress and anxiety, reduce blood sugar, enhance physical performance and muscle strength, boost cognitive functions like memory and focus, as well increasing testosterone and sperm count and sperm health in men.
Ashwagandha may derive some beneficial properties in part from compounds called withanolides, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
