i have decided i never want to understand it

would rather build in a language which isn't fundamentally broken and ts is just a crappy hack on js

coming from a java world, i always liked js as it gave me a lot of freedom. but as soon as the app started to grow beyond what i could comfortably fit in my brain, types began to make sense to me.

given the type of apps and size of teams i'm involved with, ts fits quite well and currently i'm pretty happy with it.

i'm unhappy with every language i've tried for one reason or another

just seems like we should be able to do better than we are
