What they are good at 

1. Security

2. Regulatory

3. Fiat partnerships that power the on-ramp

4. Easy to use (for crypto)

What they are bad at

1. Customer support

That's also the worst point of Warpcast. Sending support emails but getting no response, no chat platform for support, leaving users with errors (even if it's Warpcast's fault)

I have been using this platform since its inception and have never had any problems. (although I am an ordinary user, not a developer)
