/defi DeFi’s at a weird spot in 2025. TVL dropped $50B recently, but Telegram Wallet’s got 100M users trading, so it’s not dead yet. Trump’s trying to jam crypto into Fed payments, which could be big if it works. SEC’s still messing with Nova Labs and Ripple tho, so that’s a wild card. Gas fees are trash, and that Hyperliquid $4M hack didn’t help. L2s like Arbitrum and Movement Labs might save the day, make shit faster and cheaper. Stablecoins are popping off, but big money’s spooked with Fed rates up. Could be DeFi’s year to shine or just more stumbling. I’m watching Solana ETF hype and XRP’s court wins. Y’all bullish or nah?
