Medieval representation of the cosmos with the heavens inherent in the planets and luminaries, the zodiac signs, with divinity above. Despite extensive reverse image searching, I have not managed to discover much more about this one.

Give me a moment and I'll find out who the artist is.

Most I could round up was this. The artwork you provided is a depiction of the geocentric model of the universe. This type of illustration is typically found in medieval and Renaissance manuscripts. This specific image appears to be from a medieval astronomical or cosmological text. This artwork is attributed to an artist from the Middle Ages. Similar depictions are found in works such as the "Liber Divinorum Operum" by Hildegard of Bingen or other medieval manuscripts related to the cosmos. However, without more specific context or identifying marks, pinpointing the exact artist is challenging. Many of these works were created by anonymous monks or scholars of that era.
