i went to an online meditation retreat this weekend. enlightenment intensive is the modality. we worked with self inquiry dyads, all day long. very intense practice. think of it as a meditation practice, but the object of meditation is the eyes of the partner you have in front of you, and the truthfulness of what is arising in your own experience. each session lasts for 40 minutes, where you take turns to ask your partner their question for the retreat. mine was βtell me who you areβ. we were 62 people, so i met all sorts of amazing stories and realities in front of me. it was pretty amazing. im more in awe towards the kaleidoscope of experiences that are running around the world as humans. i feel grateful for the way i have been opening doors and finding ways to deepen my practice of learning how to relate to life with my awareness anchored on the present moment. not sure about the next steps for me though. im taking a step back to look at where im at, and relating to that process with equanimity

ayahuasca is a powerful medicine that will unlock doors on your mind that you would have been afraid to open without it.. and when it works fine the experience is curative but also full of pain.. (that said, some closed doors should continue closed..) I would only recommend it under a real shaman control and after suffering a live change experience that got you blocked and when normal psyquiatry doctors fails in traitment (eg, they just give you drugs to get your brain in zombie mode instead going to the root of the disease)
