I’m getting very good sleep yet I can’t get my ass out of bed and I’m burned out everyday after work. The unintuitive thing that has to happen is actually to exert more energy via lifting and exercise. Been sidelined for a few weeks after throwing my back out and getting sick AGAIN That stops today

Ya exercise, vitamin D, and don’t drink coffee first thing in the morning, let your body and mind wake up with a cold glass of water first. Oh and GM!

Could be deficient in vitamin D. Over here in Scotland in the Darker nights we’ve to take more vit D as we get less Sun.
