Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

this is a great one. I definitely agree with discarding this belief entirely. can easily be abused and manipulated by the customer. of course, not always or every scenario/situation is like that and you can tell organically if that is happening in the moment or not.

like the same guy who used a door dash glitch during the pandemic.. and he thought he wasn't getting charged.. so he kept on ordering and ordering and then one day all the fucking bills came together... lmao wtf what did you think was going to happen...
