Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

this is a great one. I definitely agree with discarding this belief entirely. can easily be abused and manipulated by the customer. of course, not always or every scenario/situation is like that and you can tell organically if that is happening in the moment or not.

Like the guys that will order something online and tell the company they never received it until they get blacklisted? Yeah I know a guy that did that and couldn’t believe it
