What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

seeing all of these companies mandating return to office is just an indication that they don’t understand that today’s workers.     

you can get so much more work out of remote employees if they don’t need to spend the time traveling to and from work.  also having them sit in an office with no interaction is just pointless

Hell yeah I love that some companies have embraced hybrid and I’m actually in a better mood when I don’t go to the office 😬
