Ab ok marketing article but let's stop misleading people that Brand value and IP are the same thing. One reflect value from production/marketing efforts, one describes the legal rights to exploit a proprety. Also let's stop assuming state laws apply to Web3. IP is traditional, Web3 is a completely new framework.

The biggest problem with onchain loyalty programs is that they are expected to replace existing loyalty programs. Onchain loyalty programs are not mature and do not have all the features that marketers want. That's why we don't have any adoption here.
