Thankful it’s not dark at 4pm now.
Today I was up at 4am for work, got off at 12:30, then subbed a 45min HIIT class, then subbed a 45min Restore Yoga class.
Going hard on staying consistent these days has been hard, but it is always worth it. 🤙🤙🤙

My daily ritual lineup to keep me grounded:

~ pranayama breathwork

~ humming and Chakra cleansing with sound

~ spinal twisting

~ wrist strengthening with controlled articulation movements

~ spinal back bending / heart opening

~ inversions
