Thankful it’s not dark at 4pm now. Today I was up at 4am for work, got off at 12:30, then subbed a 45min HIIT class, then subbed a 45min Restore Yoga class. Going hard on staying consistent these days has been hard, but it is always worth it. πŸ€™πŸ€™πŸ€™
