gm!!!

i havent been casting as much this week as im trying to be present and have fun

i have been working really hard over the past few months honestly i always want to be productive and find it hard to relax (athlete mindset) 

but i have enjoyed actually pausing and really enjoying life 

i can catch up on productivity but i cant go back and re-enjoy silly fun moments

Enjoying yourself is incredible, during those moments, you dwell less on work, giving your mind a much-needed break and allowing your entire body to unwind. It seems like ETHDenver might have been quite intense for you all event though it was incredible.
