I freakin' did it.  
I recently moved internationally... it's been a lot... and my diet and exercise has suffered in all the anarchy.   I didn't go into today thinking I could run 5K (until ETH gets to $5K) but I took it very slow and nearly talked myself out of it so many times... but I also talked myself into it more times.
