Since we’re supposed to write our goals here today or be a loser here’s mine: My goal is never be one of those people who never skips a day of running. The ones who go running in the freezing cold rain? WHY ARE YOU SO DISCIPLINED AND DETERMINED? JUST STOP. Instead my goal is go to the gym a reasonable amount of times per week (anywhere from 0-4) and keep learning on how to use the fancy Smith machine. I’ve only used it twice for deadlifts and squatting with weight, both of which were also firsts. I’m new to ‘lifting’. I want to out gymbro the gymbros, which means absolutely nothing, but it sounds cool.
