I think it’s an issue with the token swaps for that token you’re using :( Relay hasn’t been great at finding swapping paths for low mcap tokens. 

We’ll refund you the pool amount if it continues erroring though

we have a pool on Sushiswap and three on Uniswap. Is there any specifics about what could be done better to ensure this finds swaps?
