What do you listen to when you want to lift your spirits?

For me it's ELO 🛸

And today I thought the choice might have some rational reasoning to it.

I heard that using vocal chords while singing/chanting is one of the ways to relieve stress, and whenever I hear their songs I just have to sing along, the harmonies are irresistible.

Combined with the beautiful tunes, their music is just perfection 🤌
