From what I’ve observed it’s mostly that people don’t like the networks obsession with her. Always cutting away to her gets on people’s nerves bc it’s only to get a slight ratings boost. It would be like if, idk, Brad Pitt started dating a figure skater, and the Olympics showed a cut away of him every 2 minutes. Before long people would boo him.

That makes sense! The constant camera cuts can be overkill for anyone, no matter who it is.
