Sunday runday What’s in your schedule today? I’ll first be running at 5K together with 11y old son 😍 Afterwards 10K including 5x800 and in the afternoon to the swimming pool to swim 2K again with the little one, quality time 🙏

Enjoy the road to raceday 💪 Make sure to have a balanced plan that includes enough distance, slow trainings but also rest weeks with less km’s/miles. Plenty of plans to find, I like the free Trenara app but there are enough apps like that
