The devil proposes a deal:

You will never have a disease for the rest of your life. You will live free of cancer, Alzheimer's, dementia etc. You will retain your mental functions.

But... you will die at the age of 90.

Do you take that deal? If not how many years do you want?

I wonder how much longevity is actually sustainable at this point in time. Considering future population growth, climate change, etc. Even if this kind of invention came to fruition in the next 1-2 decades, how realistic is it? 

What would we have to reconsider to support it?
