Art can be uniquely experienced both ways. By separating the two and conflating the two. Neither is better than the other. But becoming a maximalist of either feels like a tragedy.

I like this idea that art and artist are like the ballroom dancer and the music - the music keeps playing but the dancer can’t help but start moving their body
